Beginners Hot Yoga is for those individuals completely new to yoga and who have never practiced Hot Yoga before. Or maybe you have had a break from Hot Yoga and you would like to return back to a regular practice within the comfort of a Beginners Hot Yoga Class. The class is held every Saturday morning from 11:30am – 12:30pm and is open to All levels.
Beginner Friendly Class.
We received so much positive feedback relating to our Saturday Morning 10:00am Hatha Vinyasa Yoga class and the heat that the body generates within those workouts that we decided to offer something similar at an easier level, but still retaining the element of heat within the class. As a result we designed a routine to offer something many are seeking in the current Yoga scene – Beginners Hot Yoga Classes. You will feel revitalised after this class, removing the stress from your working week so that you are free to enjoy your weekend.
Hot Yoga – Get Fit – Feel Good.
The Beginners Hot Yoga class takes each student through simple sequences to give a great workout. Structured to generate a deep heat within the body by utilising a fusion of flowing vinyasa movements and static Hatha Yoga poses in conjunction with breath techniques. The class will also include cross training sequences to build core strength and tone your body.
