Welcome to our 50 Hour Yin Yoga Teacher Training taught by Paula McAdams of Yoga Meditation Healing and accredited by Yoga Alliance Professionals.
We provide a professional, authentic, ethical and skilful teacher training course which will equip you with knowledge, skills and confidence. This immersive, comprehensive and integrative course weaves together yin yoga theory and practice to deepen your knowledge, understanding, practice and experience. We offer 38 contact hours and place an emphasis on the art of teaching yin yoga with time dedicated to experiential and practical learning and teaching.
We believe it is important for all our students to feel looked after and cared for, so we accept a maximum of 8 students per course, which assures that each student is given individual attention. We offer the support of an ongoing post-graduate mentoring programme which supports you as you create your own yin yoga classes.
Paula has been teaching weekly Yin Yoga classes since 2011. She has undertaken many specialised yin yoga trainings and has learned the most from her students and their unique and varied biology and biography. Paula teaches yin yoga with a functional, accessible and therapeutic approach to ensure appropriate variations and modifications for each individual student. She encourages breath awareness, somatic exploration and self-enquiry to facilitate self-awareness, proprioception and interoception. Paula’s teaching is explorative, experiential and invitational in nature.
