About Paula
Paula trained and studied to become a Yoga Teacher in 2011 with Brenda Louw of ChillOut Yoga, Movement and Anatomy in the beautiful surroundings of Aberfoyle, Scotland. Paula is committed to her continuing professional development and has immersed herself in further study and trainings over the past twelve years. She has completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training with Brenda Louw has studied Vinyasa Krama Yoga with Srivasta Ramaswami along with other specialist trainings in Anatomy, Yin Yoga, AcuYin and Ayurvedic Yoga.Â
Paula teaches creative and carefully crafted Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Therapeutics, Restorative Yoga and Yin Yoga classes. As a former school teacher, Paula has been an educator and facilitator for over two decades. She teaches from a functional, accessible and therapeutic approach. Her effective communication and clarity of instruction ensures appropriate variations and modifications for her students to find their own level of depth and comfort within their practice. She encourages breath awareness, somatic exploration, and self enquiry to facilitate self awareness.Â
Paula is a Senior Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals and the Principal Teacher of the Yoga Meditation Healing Yoga Teacher Training which provides an authentic, accessible, safe and supportive training to equip students with knowledge, skills and confidence in finding their unique style as a yoga teacher.
About Pól

Pól qualified as a Yoga instructor in 2007 during a 6 month stay in Mysore, India. Training under Bharath Shetty of Yoga Indea and completing a 320 hour course in Classical Hatha Yoga. He returned to Mysore in 2012 to complete a 500 hour advanced Classical Ashtanga Yoga teacher training course with Bharath. Between 2012 and 2014 he studied Vinyasa Krama Yoga under Srivatsa Ramaswami, who is the longest standing student of the legendary Sri Tirumalai Krishnamacharya, outside of the teacher’s immediate family.

Clare teachers Chair Yoga which includes strength and balance and somatic approaches for addressing “stuck patterns” in our bodies.
Clare worked in the NHS for more than 30 years, initially in nursing and then in public health. She then trained to become a yoga teacher in 2017 with seasonal yoga, She has continued her development around making yoga more accessible with training in Exercise to Music and personal training qualifications. Further yoga training she has undertaken is Yoga for desk workers and chair yoga dance. She is currently undertaking Yoga and Somatics for healing and recovery developing apractice that helps us take a compassionate nurturing approach tp our selves and our bodies.
Clare is also a qualified hypnotherapist and has a special interest in chronic pain.
Paula & Pól firmly believe that Yoga is for Every Body, Every Mind and Every One.
