Saturday Yoga Class
Join Pól for a therapeutic class which integrates active and somatic yoga with simple breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation. Release tight spaces in the body with therapeutic yoga sequences and mindful movement. This supportive class helps to create body awareness, improve mobility and flexibility whilst improving your respiratory health.
The gentle class is designed to help you cultivate greater mind-body awareness, regulate your nervous system and release stress, anxiety, tension and tiredness. It will leave you feeling calm, grounded and balanced. The class is designed for any age and experience and for those who wish to practice gently and relax deeply.Â
The class finishes with a Sound Bath and guided relaxation using the soothing and calming sounds of crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes. Sound baths are a fantastic and very simple way to help you release stress from your working week and re-energise yourself for your weekend. You will feel completely blissed out and completely relaxed after this therapeutic and Somatic Yoga class.
The Saturday Yoga class is held from 10:00am – 11:15am and is suitable for all levels, including Beginners.
(Beginner & Over 60s friendly).
