Sound Healing

(Sound Bath)

Sound Bath Healing meditation uses live sounds from sound healing instruments such as Crystal & Brass Singing Bowls, Chimes, Gongs and many other similar healing instruments. Join us at our Sound Healing (Sound Bath) and experience beautiful and lush soundscapes which promote joy,  bliss and inner peace.  You will be gently carried into deeply relaxing states, leaving you feeling completely revitalised and free from stress, anxiety and fatigue.  Sound Healing has been well documented over millennia: from the Celtic peoples’ use of horns, flutes and pipes to the Native American use of drums. Peoples from India and the Far East also used song and singing bowls. Although Sound Healing may be a new trend within the wellbeing world, it has its roots steeped in our ancient past.

Sound Healing is a collaborative process between the facilitator and the listener and the atmosphere created is both unique and transformative. The sound creator composes a unique experience by using various crystal singing bowls, brass medicine bowls, wind chimes, tuning forks, hand drums and other sound healing instruments. Within Pól’s Sound Bath you will also experience the tranquil and blissful technique known as Yoga Nidra, which is a form of guided deep body relaxation and known as ‘effortless relaxation’ within the world of yoga. This aged-old technique is simple and aids the letting go of body and mind tensions.

There are two options to choose from:

1. Pól holds monthly weekend Sound Healing (Sound Bath) events.

2. Aga holds her Sound Healing (Sound Bath) once a month on a Saturday from 5:00pm to 6:15pm.

The Sound Healing Baths are open to all – no previous experience is required.
