Healing the self and our communities is an important part of our modern day living. At Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow we believe in supporting our community with a variety of Wellbeing Classes and Workshops – Online and In Studio. Below is a list of some of the classes and Workshops we offer.

MOVE & MELLOW – YOGA FOR WELLBEING **ONLINE CLASS**
MONDAY: 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Level: All Levels 
Description: Join Paula on Monday evenings from 6pm to 7pm on Zoom for Move and Mellow. Experience mindful movements and flowing sequences before melting into some yin poses and ending with guided relaxation in a restorative pose. This class is a blend of yin and yang practices and is suitable for every body. Please note the class is recorded so you can watch at a time that suits or play again over a period of 7 days. (Beginner Friendly)

HYPNO-HEALING MEDITATION @ STUDIO

FRIDAY: 6:30pm – 7:30pm

Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly)
Description: The Hypno-Healing & Meditation class is held every second Friday. It uses simple breathing and body relaxation techniques to bring you to a heightened state of concentration and focused attention. You will find yourself being guided to a deeply relaxing place where Pól will use the power of suggestion to help you create positive change. The class will help you release stress, anxiety and fatigue and will leave you feeling energised for your weekend. Pól has many years experience using trance and subconscious repatterining both within group settings and with individuals. Within this safe, relaxing and peaceful environment you will access an inner confidence which will help you achieve the positive change you seek.

YOGA THERAPEUTICS FOR WELLBEING @ STUDIO
TUESDAY: 10:00am – 11:15am

Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly)
Description: Join Paula for a therapeutic class which integrates mindful yoga, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation. Release tight spaces in the body with slow, gentle, somatic and fluid movements along with joint-freeing sequences. This supportive class focuses on spinal health and also helps to build muscular strength, mobility and flexibility whilst improving respiratory health and relieving stress and anxiety. This practice brings your body and mind into balance and enhances your optimum health and wellbeing. Although a small group class, Paula provides variations and modifications throughout class to meet the needs of each individual student ensuring accessibility and participation for all who attend. This self-care class is for any age and experience and for those who wish to practice gently and relax deeply. (Beginner & Over 65s friendly).

SHAMANIC SAVASANA MEDITATION @ STUDIO

FRIDAY: 6:00pm – 7:00pm

Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly)
Description: This class incorporates unique guided meditations and guided visualisations with simple breathing techniques to aid deep relaxation, wellbeing and constructive rest. It is the perfect end to your week helping you to decompress and prepare for your weekend. Meditation brings peace and calm to our lives. Our twice monthly meditation will help guide you there.
Pól incorporates his Yogic, Shamanic and Meditation background, coupled with his melodic voice to guide you on relaxing journeys through your imagination. These meditations help to reduce stress, tension and anxiety and can aid a better night’s sleep and rest. With regular practice a more positive approach to life is engendered. What benefits an individual benefits those closely connected to us. No experience of meditation or journeying is needed. This class is suitable for all including complete beginners who have no experience. It will also satisfy someone with a regular meditation practice as we can always dive deeper into the realms of our minds.
