Description: Join Paula for a therapeutic class which integrates mindful yoga, breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation. Release tight spaces in the body with slow, gentle, somatic and fluid movements along with joint-freeing sequences. This supportive class focuses on spinal health and also helps to build muscular strength, mobility and flexibility whilst improving respiratory health and relieving stress and anxiety. This practice brings your body and mind into balance and enhances your optimum health and wellbeing. Although a small group class, Paula provides variations and modifications throughout class to meet the needs of each individual student ensuring accessibility and participation for all who attend. This self-care class is for any age and experience and for those who wish to practice gently and relax deeply.

In this all-levels class, we explore practices centred around mindful movement, consciously connected breathing, meditative awareness, and deep relaxation. Classes blend dynamic sequences drawn from Hatha Yoga with somatics, offering an opportunity to gradually refine your awareness towards subtle states of embodied presence. You’ll be guided to explore at your own pace, through accessible yet progressive practices designed to enhance body and breath awareness. Breathing and mediation techniques are woven throughout the classes to gently and gradually expand your capacity for calm throughout varying levels of challenge, supporting you towards deep rest and relaxation.

SOUND BATH & GUIDED RELAXATION

Description: Our Sound Bath & Guided Relaxation is a stress-relief class held one Friday per month and is meticulously designed to offer you respite from life’s challenges. In todays fast-paced world, stress has become an unwelcome companion for many. Pól creates a unique calm and restful experience through sound therapy using crystal & brass singing bowls, Koshi chimes and tuning forks along with his harmonious voice to help guide you into a full body deep relaxation. This sound healing class serves as a gateway to inner peace and tranquility, helping you release stress, anxiety, discomfort and fatigue. The class is suitable for all – Beginners Welcome.

This class is held two Fridays per month.

Description: Join Pól for a therapeutic class which integrates active and somatic yoga with simple breathing practices, meditation and deep relaxation. Release tight spaces in the body with therapeutic yoga sequences and mindful movement. This supportive class helps to build strength, mobility and flexibility whilst improving respiratory health.  The class finishes with a guided relaxation using soothing and calming sounds of crystal & brass singing bowls, gongs and koshi chimes. 
The practice is designed to cultivate greater mind-body awareness, regulate your nervous system and release stress, anxiety,  tension and tiredness from your mind and body. It will leave you feeling calm, grounded and balanced.  

This class is for any age and experience and for those who wish to practice gently and relax deeply.

Support the health and well-being of your mind and body with a nourishing & therapeutic yoga practice to relax, soothe and unwind the mind, breath & body. ,Experience somatic yoga with subtle, slow & gentle embodied movements to cultivate greater mind-body awareness and help release chronic tensions, tiredness and strains. Somatic movements increase your mobility and stability whilst helping you sense your body from the inside out. We end practice with a deeply restful guided relaxation in supported Savasana accompanied by the soft, gentle & relaxing sounds of crystal & brass singing bowls, gongs & Koshi chimes. This class is designed to help regulate your nervous system, foster connection to your breath and release stresses from your mind-body. It will leave you feeling relaxed, grounded and balanced. This self-care and trauma-sensitive class is for any age and experience and for those who wish to practice gently and relax deeply.

Each Sunday Sanctuary class is a chance to slow down, rest & reset with gentle, mindful and quiet yoga. We practice a blend of somatic, yin & restorative yoga and each week is themed slightly differently

The two hour practice will relax, soothe and unwind the mind, breath & body and help to release stored tensions and stresses.
