Corporate Wellness –

Resilience & Nervous System Regulation

The modern workplace has changed. Your wellbeing strategy can change with it. We can help your company reverse staff digital fatigue through a combination of Somatics, Autogenic Relaxation and Therapeutic Yoga & Movement. Since 2008 Pól from Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow has been delivering high-impact wellness solutions to corporate clients across Glasgow. With over 15 years corporate experience, Pól provides more than just “exercise” – he offers biological recalibration for teams thriving in a digitally taxed world.

Digital fatigue isn’t just “feeling tired” it is a physiological state where the nervous system becomes “locked” in a sympathetic (stress) response. For your team this manifests as:

  • Sensory-Motor Amnesia: Unconscious chronic muscle tensions “forgetting” how to relax, leading to Repetitive Strain injuries (RSI) and “Tech Neck.”
  • Cognitive Drain: Reduced decision-making capacity due to constant blue-light stimulation and notification anxiety.
  • Vagal Tone Depletion: A weakened ability for the body to naturally recover from high-pressure deadlines.

Our Specialist Approach:

Recalibrate, Don’t Just Relax.

Most corporate wellness programmes offer generic stretching. At Yoga Meditation Healing, we provide science-backed interventions. By focusing on Somatics and Therapeutic Yoga, Pól offers a service that attracts high engagement because it provides immediate, felt relief.

No need to change clothes, no need for yoga mats; all of these therapeutic movements can be performed either seated, standing, or if space permits, lying on your back.

No experience is necessary as all movements will suit all ages and all abilities as they are simple, easy learned and are all Beginner friendly.

1. Vagus Nerve Stimulation

(The Science of Calm)

The Vagus Nerve is the body’s internal “reset button.” Pól teaches your employees specific techniques to tone this nerve, allowing them to:

  • Lower cortisol levels in real-time.
  • Improve emotional regulation and mental clarity under pressure.
  • Switch from “Survival Mode” back to “Creative Mode”

2. Somatics for Repetitive Strain

Sitting at a desk is physically demanding. Our somatic Movement sessions help staff “unlearn” chronic contraction patterns in the back, neck and shoulders. This is a neurological reset that releases Repetitive Strain at the source, far more effectively than traditional stretching.

3. Therapeutic Yoga

Pól integrates therapeutic alignment to address musculoskeletal health. This reduces absenteeism by proactively managing the “wear and tear” of office-based roles, ensuring your team stays physically resilient and focused.

4. Sound Bath

& Autogenic Relaxation

Corporate Sound Baths are becoming more popular as a mode of helping staff recover from work related stress. Combined with the powerful Autogenic Relaxation technique, you are assured of lots of positive feedback from your staff. No experience is needed they suit all levels and abilities. They can be held seated, or space permitting lying down.

Why Partner with Pól?

Experience Matters. As the founder of Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow, Pól has been a trusted partner for the city’s professional sector for over 15 years. He understands that a HR manager needs more than a “feel-good” hour – they need a return on investment.

  • Established in 2008: A proven track record of navigating the specific needs of corporate environments.
  • Results-Driven Language: Pól speaks in a simple and informative way, making sessions accessible to everyone.
  • Bespoke Delivery: Whether it be a 30-minute “Neural Reset,” a relaxing “Somatic Recovery” or a combination of Autogenic & Guided Relaxation and Yoga Therapeutics, Pól can easily adapt to any given group of individuals and tailor a session that benefits all.

Pol has been providing a wellbeing service at SLC for a couple of years now and what a great couple of years it’s been. Colleague feedback around Pol is always positive and in fact he brings many positives to his sessions. For one, he always seems to sense the tone and needs of those in the room and adapts the time he has with them to meet those needs, so he’s adaptable and good at thinking on his feet. Secondly, he makes everyone feel at ease and usually has some individual pointers or suggestions that support each person. Thirdly, he’s a good guy and is pleasant to be around, everyone always feels better having spent some time in his company. I would happily recommend Pol to anyone or any business.
