Pregnancy Yoga Class

We offer Pregnancy yoga classes for anyone past the first trimester of their pregnancy.
Whether you are an experienced yoga student who would like to modify their practice or a complete beginner looking to prepare for birth and motherhood, this class is shaped to build core strength, flexibility and confidence in your body.
Expect plenty of movement and breath work in this class which aims to strengthen the pelvic floor, deep core muscles and stability for the pelvis. There is also focus on meditation, deep relaxation and mind body connection for a calming experience at this transformative time. This important time for both you and your baby and practicing pregnancy yoga class will help you along the journey to birth and motherhood. The class is held at our West End Glasgow Yoga Studio – 4 Lansdowne Crescent – just a few minutes walk from the Kelvinbridge Underground and has parking outside the studio and surrounding area.
