Join Pól for this therapeutic yoga class which integrates active and somatic yoga with simple breathing practices, mindful movements and deep relaxation. Release tight spaces in the body with therapeutic yoga sequences and easy body movements which are designed with all abilities and ages in mind. This gentle and supportive class helps you to create body awareness, improve mobility and flexibility whilst improving your respiratory health.

Foggy brain and fatigue are an increasing issue for many, with their roots in the continual experience of stress and anxiety. If left unaddressed, this can impact negatively on your health, work and relationships. The gentle class is designed to help you cultivate greater mind-body awareness and regulate your nervous system and release stress, anxiety, tension and tiredness. It will leave you feeling calm, grounded and balanced.

The class is designed for any age and experience and for those who wish to practice gently and relax deeply. The class finishes with a Sound Healing Bath and Guided Relaxation using the soothing and calming sounds of crystal singing bowls and Koshi chimes, gongs and ocean drums. Sound baths are a fantastic and very simple way to help you release stress and re-energise yourself.

Pól applies his extensive knowledge of therapeutic yoga, guided relaxation and simple breathing techniques along with sound healing to positively impact on your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing. You will feel completely blissed out and completely relaxed after this Therapeutic Yoga and Sound Healing class.

Each week we work on different sequences and techniques so that over each month you gain the greatest benefits from attending this class. The Therapeutic and Sound Healing class is held every Saturday morning from 10:00am – 11:15am and is suitable for all levels, including Beginners as Pól gives personal attention and clear instruction to all who attend.
