Wellbeing Classes.
Wellbeing is something we all have to actively seek. At Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow we believe in supporting our community with a variety of Wellbeing Classes and Workshops – Online and In Studio. Below is a list of some of the classes and workshops we offer:
MOVE & MELLOW – YOGA FOR WELLBEING ONLINE |
MONDAY: 6:30pm – 7:30pm Teacher: (Paula) Cost: £9 Level: All Levels Description: We begin with an enlivening active vinyasa flow focused around spinal mobility and the sun salutation followed by long held yin poses to work into the hips, shoulders and spine. We slowly and mindfully work into our fascia to aid the mobility, hydration and health of our joints and connective tissues. We end with a guided restorative and relaxation session. This carefully designed and balanced Yin and Yang flow is a deeply nurturing practice which will leave you feeling relaxed and ready for the week ahead. Breathe, Meditate & Relax @ Studio |
MONDAY: 7:45pm – 8:45pm Teacher: (Pól) Cost: £12 / £10 Level: All Levels Description: This wellbeing class is suitable for complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Focusing on Respiratory Health & Mental Wellbeing, it brings together a mixture of Mindful movement, Pranayama (Yogic breathing practices), simple meditation techniques and guided relaxation sequences. Combining these four systems within one class helps the practitioner to achieve a deep state of Physical and Mental relaxation, whilst improving respiratory health. (Beginner Friendly) Book in Here |

FRIDAY: 10:00am – 11:15am Teacher: Paula Cost: £12/10 Level: All Levels Description: This class focuses on the therapeutic and restorative benefits of yoga. It is suitable for anyone looking to improve their joint mobility and range of motion whilst building up muscular strength, mobility and appropriate flexibility. We practice slow, gentle and fluid movements and focus on spinal health and mobilisation, a joint freeing series of movements, breath and body awareness, meditation, simple breath practices and we end class with restorative deep relaxation.
