Description: An enlivening active vinyasa flow focused around the sun salutation and standing poses followed by long held yin poses to work into the hips, shoulders and spine. We end with a guided relaxation session.

Rest, Relax & Restore – Yoga for Wellbeing

Description: This class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body. It is designed to improve your feeling of well-being and help release tensions and stresses within the physical body and mind. We practice slow, mindful and somatic movement, restorative yoga poses for deep rest, calming breath awareness practices and Yoga Nidra (guided relaxation). This class is about giving yourself time to rest and just be; helping to calm and soothe the nervous system and prepare you for a good night’s sleep. It is helpful to have a bolster or pillows, blankets and a chair for supportive use in the class.

Description: This mindful movement floor and seated based class is designed with Paula & Pol’s Over 60s Community in mind yet it is suitable for anyone looking to improve their joint mobility and range of motion whilst building up strength and appropriate flexibility. We also practice breath awareness meditation and guided relaxation.

Description: This mindful movement floor and seated based class is designed with Paula & Pol’s Over 60s Community in mind yet it is suitable for anyone looking to improve their joint mobility and range of motion whilst building up strength and appropriate flexibility. The whole class can be practised on a chair if you prefer. Paula provides variations and modifications throughout class ensuring accessibility for all who attend. We also practice breath awareness meditation and guided relaxation.

Yin Yoga for the Hips and Spine
Cost: £7
Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly)
Description: Indulge in the calm, breath-centred and mindful practice of yin yoga for the hips and spine. Yin is a passive yet challenging practice as we hold our seated poses for a few minutes and place an emphasis on releasing and relaxing the muscles to work into the deeper connective tissues and fascia. We practice a yin yoga flow to move the spine through all six degrees of freedom whilst freeing into the hips. This quiet and still practice helps to cultivate breath and body awareness and release stresses and tensions from the mind and body.

i-Journey For Wellbeing

Description: This class incorporates unique guided meditations and guided visualisations to aid deep relaxation, well-being and constructive rest. It is the perfect end to your working week helping you to decompress and prepare for your weekend.
Pól uses his own soundscapes and music along with his melodic voice to guide you on relaxing journeys through your imagination. These meditations help to reduce stress, tension and anxiety and can aid a better night’s sleep and rest.
As it is an audio based class, you can listen to the journey anywhere; seated comfortably or lying down. For best results use Headphones.
