Winter Wellness Yin Yoga:

Time: 1:00pm – 3:30pm.
Details: Support the Health and Well-Being of your mind and body with a Yin Yoga flow for Winter. We will end with a guided relaxation session of Yoga Nidra. Double Eco-yoga mats, bolsters, cozy blankets and lavender eye pillows are provided along with herbal tea and festive snacks. Booking is Essential.
Chakra Yoga Class – An Energy Recharge for Winter:

Details: Recharge your energy with a Chakra Balancing Yoga class to help manage the Winter Blues! In this class, Eleanor will lead you through specific poses aimed at unblocking and balancing each of the seven chakras. The practice wil finish with a deeply relaxing Chakra Yoga Nidra that will leave you feeling balance, grounded and energised in spirit. Booking is Essential.
