Winter Wellness Yin Yoga:

Details: Support the Health and Well-Being of your mind and body with a Yin Yoga flow for Winter. We will end with a guided relaxation session of Yoga Nidra. Chakra Yoga Class – An Energy Recharge for Winter:

Details: Recharge your energy with a Chakra Balancing Yoga class to help manage the Winter Blues! In this class, Eleanor will lead you through specific poses aimed at unblocking and balancing each of the seven chakras.
