Relaxing Sound Bath with Intention Ceremony

Meditation and Guided Relaxation:

Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm.
Details: This class is open to anyone who is new to meditation or for those who wish to deepen their practice. Over two hours, you will experience and learn invaluable insights into the deeper workings of meditation and relaxation. The class will incorporate various simple meditation techniques, mindful movements and cultivate mindfulness through breath awareness. We will end with a long, guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation) session. A Spring Equinox Yin and Yang Afternoon:

Details: Welcome the Spring Equinox with a special Yin and Yang Class taught by Paula. The Spring Equinox signifies our days lengthening and a time for renewal and rebirth along with a transition from Winter to Spring. It is a time to ‘spring clean’ stagnant energy and release that which no longer serves you. We will begin with a mindful and releasing yin yoga practice for Spring focusing on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians and follow this with an enlivening Yang Practice which focuses on the Sun Salutation to the sounds of the Sun Mantras. We will close with Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation) session. Booking is Essential.
