Using a combination of simple stretching, visualisation and relaxation exercises rather than demanding postures, he provides a gentle workout which is admirably suited to this older age-group. Pol is also committed to explaining what he is doing, and why, and this is of both interest and benefit to the class. All in all, this is an enjoyable and beneficial class which I would warmly recommend to any person over the age of fifty contemplating a yoga experience.”
