Classical Pilates is a movement system designed to challenge the body to work within a full range of movement building strength and endurance, stamina and flexibility. We maintain the integrity and essence of Joseph Pilates original teachings. Classes offered range from Beginners level to those with a regular practice, drop in Classes or Block bookings both available.

Shahana has been Professionally involved with body work, fitness coaching & Pilates for many years, she has a deep understanding of the body and uses her knowledge within Pilates and these other modalities to help individuals create a healthier body and lifestyle. Shahana is qualified to teach Pilates for pregnancy, or to assist recovery from back pain. Her classes are open to both men and women.
