Live Streaming Yoga
Join Paula on her Zoom Live Streaming Yoga Channel. Paula will teach a variety of different Live Streaming Yoga Classes each week including Vinyasa Flow, Meditation, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Well being.
Paula teaches carefully crafted, creative and unique sequences with a wide variety of standing and seated asanas. Paula provides variations and modifications so that you can develop your own yoga practice and work at your preferred depth, level and comfort.
To Book a Class: Book in below, Booking closes ONE hour before the class begins, Pay Using the Email Address You wish your Zoom Invitation to go to, You will receive an invite in your email 30 Minutes before the class starts with information for joining the class – Please check Your Junk Mail if you haven’t received it.
Please note that there are no live stream classes weeks beginning 20th and 27th July. Paula is on holiday and is back on the 3rd August.

6:00pm – 7:15pm Yinyasa – Yin & Yang Flow Cost: £8 Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly) Description: An enlivening active vinyasa flow focused around the sun salutation and standing poses followed by long held yin poses to work into the hips, shoulders and spine. 7:30pm – 8:30pm Yoga for Well being: Rest, Relax & Restore Cost: £8 Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly) Description: This floor based class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body. It is designed to improve your well being and help to release tensions and stresses within the body and mind. We practice breath awareness meditation, Restorative Yoga, Mindful Yoga Movements and Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation) to aid a better night’s rest and sleep. 6:00pm – 7:15pm Vinyasa Flow Yoga Cost: £8 Level: General Description: A creative, unique, strong and dynamic flowing sequence around the sun salutation followed by a wide variety of standing and seated asanas designed to increase strength and flexibility. FRIDAY ZOOM CLASS |
10:00am – 11:15am Therapeutic Yoga & Guided Relaxation Cost: £8 Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly) Description: This mindful movement floor and seated based class is designed with Paula & Pol’s Over 60s Community in mind yet it is suitable for anyone looking to improve their joint mobility and range of motion whilst building up strength and appropriate flexibility. 1:00pm – 2:15pm Yin Yoga for the Hips and Spine Cost: £8 Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly) Description: A mindful and breath-centered yin yoga flow focusing on poses to free the hips and work into the spine and shoulders.
