Join Paula on her Zoom Live Streaming Yoga Channel. Paula will teach a variety of different Live Streaming Yoga Classes each week including Vinyasa Flow, Meditation, Yin yoga, Yoga Nidra and Yoga for Well being.

Paula teaches carefully crafted, creative and unique sequences with a wide variety of standing and seated asanas. Paula provides variations and modifications so that you can develop your own yoga practice and work at your preferred depth, level and comfort.

MONDAY ZOOM CLASS
6:00pm – 7:15pm
Yinyasa – Yin & Yang Flow
Cost: £8
Level: All Levels– Beginner Friendly
Description: An enlivening active vinyasa flow focused around the sun salutation followed by long held yin poses to work into the hips, shoulders and spine. We end with a guided relaxation session.

MONDAY ZOOM CLASS
7:30pm – 8:30pm
Breath, Meditate, Relax.
Cost: £8
Level: All Levels – from Beginners to Experienced Practitioners
Description: An opportunity for you to pause and reflect within your day. Paula will teach a variety of simple meditation techniques for you to explore and experience. The class will incorporate and combine breath awareness to cultivate mindfulness, breathing practices, simple meditation techniques and Yoga Nidra – a form of guided meditation also known as ‘yogic sleep’ which can facilitate deep, effortless relaxation for the mind and body. Meditation has many evidence based benefits including Improvements to Sleep, Decreases Stress & Anxiety, Improves Mood and Relaxation for the Mind & Body.

TUESDAY ZOOM CLASS
6:30pm – 7:45pm
Vinyasa Flow Yoga.
Cost: £8
Level: General
Description: A creative, unique, strong and dynamic flowing sequence around the sun salutation followed by a wide variety of standing and seated asanas designed to increase strength and flexibility. A similar class to Thursday 6:00pm but with a different sequence!

WEDNESDAY ZOOM CLASS
6:00pm – 7:15pm
Yin Yoga Flow for the Spine and Hips
Cost: £8
Level: All Levels – Beginner Friendly
Description: A mindful and breath centered yin yoga practice focusing on poses to free the hips and work into the spine. We end class with a session of guided relaxation (Yoga Nidra).

WEDNESDAY ZOOM CLASS

Yoga for Well being: Rest, Relax & Restore
Cost: £8
Level: All Levels
Description: This floor based class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body. It is designed to improve your well being and help to release tensions and stresses within the body and mind. We practice breath awareness meditation, Restorative Yoga, Mindful Yoga Movements and Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation). It is a slow, mindful and gentle practice for all.

FRIDAY ZOOM CLASS

Therapeutic Yoga & Guided Relaxation

Description: This mindful movement floor and seated based class is designed with Paula & Pol’s Over 60s Community in mind yet it is suitable for anyone looking to improve their joint mobility and range of motion whilst building up strength and appropriate flexibility. We also practice breath awareness meditation and guided relaxation.

Yin Yoga for the Hips and Spine

Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly)
Description: A mindful and breath centered yin yoga practice focusing on poses for the hips and spine which stimulate the Spring liver and gallbladder meridians. This carefully crafted Yin flow is designed to ‘spring clean’ stagnant energy and release what no longer serves you.
