Led by Pól, a Senior Yoga Teacher and expert in Yoga Therapy who has been teaching full-time in the Glasgow West End since 2008. Pól’s strength lies in his holistic and inclusive approach; he creates a welcoming, non-competitive environment where therapeutic yoga and somatic movements “unwind” the deep-seated effects of modern stress. 

Please note: No prior yoga experience or flexibility is required; this is a dedicated space for recovery, not performance.
