The Beginners Yoga classes we offer are:
- Monday – Beginners Yoga – Time: 6:30pm
- Thursday – Beginners Plus Yoga – Time: 7:30pm
All the classes are for individuals who are new to yoga or for those who have taken a break and wish a return back to a weekly yoga class. The Beginners Yoga classes will introduce students to yoga poses for beginners and to pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and guided relaxation. Under the guidance of our expert yoga teacher Pól, you will be guided through these simple body movements, easy beginner friendly yoga poses and simple breath-work techniques.

Booking into a Beginners Yoga Class is the first important step in helping you learn foundational poses and techniques that will give you the confidence to participate in weekly yoga classes. The Complete Beginners Yoga classes held at Yoga Meditation Healing will help build your strength and flexibility whilst quickly toning your body. Once you have built your confidence within the Beginners Yoga Class you can then choose to remain practising with us in our studio at any of our various style classes.

Wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothes that allow you to move freely, similar to what you would wear for a light gym session or a jog.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
We recommend bringing your own, but we can provide mats for free if needed. High-quality mats are also available to purchase at the studio for £20.
Do I need special footwear?
No, yoga is traditionally practised barefoot to help with balance and grounding.
