Kat has been practising yoga since 2007, initially focusing on Iyengar and from 2011 practicing Hatha and Vinyasa yoga under Paula and Pol, completing their inaugural Yoga Teacher Training in 2022. As an illustrator Kat focuses on recognising the animalistic form inherent in yoga both through her illustrations and her practice, exploring the shapes and forms of the body and instilling energetic flow and movement into her classes. Kat likes to bring fun and energy into each session, combining vinyasa flow sequences with meditation and relaxation.
Monday Morning Boost at 7am: A mixed ability vinyasa flow yoga class focused on the poses and movements of animals. Awaken and move your body with this morning vinyasa flow class. The class is a fun sequence of exploration of poses culminating in a relaxing meditation, to kick start your day.Tuesday Teen Yoga at 4:30pm: A fun filled vinyasa flow class, exploring space to move, relax and destress. A class for teenagers to learn new skills in yoga, relaxation and meditation. The ideal space between busy school life/home life to unwind in a safe space (Beginner friendly).
