Vinyasa Flow Yoga
The Vinyasa Flow class is taught by Paula. She teaches carefully crafted, creative and unique flowing sequences with a wide variety of standing and seated asanas, including the sun salutation. Paula provides variations and modifications so that you can develop your own yoga practice and work at your preferred depth, level and comfort. This beginner friendly class helps to build strength and flexibility and is suitable for those already comfortable with foundational yoga poses.
An integral part of all of Paula’s yoga classes is breath awareness meditation, breathing techniques and guided relaxation.
This class will work the whole physical body, release tensions in the mind and body and leave you feeling refreshed and energized.
The Vinyasa Flow class runs on Wednesdays from 6:30pm to 7:45pm and is held at our Lansdowne Crescent Yoga and Well-being Centre.
Class is £10/£8 students.
