Morning Yoga Glasgow – We offer various Morning yoga classes each week. Weekdays Tuesday to Thursday from 8:30am9:45am. These classes are popular with University Students.

Saturday morning classes are at 9:30am and 11am. The 9:30am class suits All levels. The 11am class is a Beginners Vinyasa Yoga class.

Sunday mornings class is from 11am12:15pm. This class is a Vinyasa flow yoga class.

All the morning yoga classes are designed with you in mind, helping you to Energise the start to your day. The morning yoga classes are open to all levels and ages, including Beginners and are structured around various styles of yoga.

Tuesdays – Thursdays : 8:30am – 9:45am Morning Yoga Classes.

The Tuesday to Thursday 8:30am Morning classes are a mixture of Hatha Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga sequences – Vinyasa being an integral component of the practice.

Some simple Pranayama (Breath work) and meditative sequences are also incorporated within the class routines in order to explore other areas of yoga.

Beginners are Welcome Full instruction is given to new students so that they can quickly settle into the flow of these classes.

Saturday Morning : Yoga classes are 9:30am – 10:45am & 11am – 12:15pm.

The Saturday Morning Classes are a wonderful way to start your weekend. The classes are both Revitalising and Restorative in nature, yet they will give you that complete and effective workout you’ll be looking for. Each class is open to all levels and ages and is structured around a mixture of various styles of yoga.

In the Saturday morning 9:30am yoga class you will experience a mixture of Hatha yoga & Vinyasa Krama Yoga. The Saturday 11am morning class is a Beginners Vinyasa Yoga class.

Beginners are Welcome Full instruction is given to new students so that they can quickly settle into the flow of these classes.

Sunday Morning Yoga class is 11:00am – 12:15pm.

The Sunday Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga Class is suitable for those who have a general experience of Yoga, or for those who are returning after taking a break. This class offers various layers for more of the challenging postures to create a safe and sacred space for a diversity of levels.
