Gentle Vinyasa Yoga – For Every Body
The Gentle Vinyasa class is taught by Paula. She teaches creative, unique, varied and flowing sequences at a gentler pace focusing on a slow yet strong practice.
Clear instructions and demonstrations are provided along with variations and modifications so that you can work at your own ability and comfort level. You will consolidate familiar poses and learn new more challenging poses whilst building strength and flexibility in your yoga practice. We will focus on the breath, sun salutations, various standing and seated poses postures, along with twists and gentle back bends.
This class builds on the foundations taught in the Level 1 class but it is not essential to have completed the Complete Beginners Course.
Breath awareness meditation, breathing techniques and guided relaxation are a key part of all of Paula’s yoga classes.
This class will work the physical body, release tensions in the mind and body and leave you feeling refreshed and energised.
The Gentle Vinyasa class runs on Tuesdays from 8pm to 9pm and is held at our Lansdowne Crescent Yoga and Wellbeing Centre.
