Wellbeing Online is an important part of our modern day living. At Yoga Meditation Healing Glasgow we believe in supporting our community with a variety of Wellbeing Online Classes | Workshops.

Since March 2020 we have offered Wellbeing Online Classes and Workshops via LiveStreaming Zoom Classes.

REST, RELAX & RESTORE – YOGA FOR WELLBEING ONLINE
MONDAY: 7:30pm – 8:30pm

Description: This class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body and designed to improve your feeling of wellbeing and help release tensions and stresses within the physical body and mind. We practice mindful movement, restorative yoga, breath awareness and guided relaxation.

OVER 60’S YOGA – BEGINNER FRIENDLY

Description: This mindful movement floor and seated based class is designed with Paula & Pol’s Over 60s Community in mind yet it is suitable for anyone looking to improve their joint mobility and range of motion whilst building up strength and appropriate flexibility. We also practice breath awareness meditation and guided relaxation.

i-JOURNEY FOR WELLBEING ONLINE

FRIDAY: 5:15pm – 6:15pm

Level: All Levels (Beginner Friendly)
Description: This class incorporates unique guided meditations and guided visualisations to aid deep Relaxation, wellbeing and constructive rest. It is the perfect end to your working week helping you to decompress and prepare for your weekend. Wellbeing Online is an increasingly important way we can bring peace and calm to our lives. Our weekly i-Journey will help guide you there.
Pól uses his own soundscapes and music along with his melodic voice to guide you on relaxing journeys through your imagination. These meditations help to reduce stress, tension and anxiety and can aid a better nights sleep and rest.
As it is an audio based class, you can listen to the journey anywhere; seated comfortably or lying down. For best results use Headphones.

YIN YOGA IMMERSION – RECORDING AVAILABLE

SUNDAY: 3:00pm – 5:00pm

Description: Support the health and well-being of your mind and body with a two hour Yin Yoga immersion. This class runs every two weeks and is themed around physical, energetic and emotional wellbeing along with stimulating seasonal meridians and providing effective stretches for your deeper connective tissues and fasciae. It is a slow, mindful and quiet practice for all levels taught from a functional approach. Paula provides variations, modifications and guidance on use of optional props. We end with a guided deep relaxation.
