Yoga for Well-being Class:
Time: EVERY Wednesday 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Cost: £10 – Students £8.
Details: This class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body. It is designed to improve your feeling of well-being and help to release tensions and stresses. We practice mindful movement, meditation, restorative yoga, breath and body scan meditations and guided relaxation. Bolsters, blankets and eye pillows all provided. Suitable for all levels, Over 50s & complete beginners.
Alignment and Sound Journey Ceremony:
Friday 23rd August 2019
Time: 7:30pm – 9:30pm.
Details: First enjoy a Guided Alignment Session to help explore your subconscious and reach your True Self by clearing layers and beliefs that hang around for years possibly lifetimes! Then experience the beautiful sounds of healing instruments including Tibetan Singing Bowls and Aga’s voice. Booking is Essential.
Chakra Yoga Class:
Saturday 17th August 2019.
Time: 2:30pm – 4:00pm.
Details: In the Chakra Yoga class, Eleanor will lead you through specific asanas and bio-energetic exercises aimed at unblocking and balancing each of the seven Chakras. The practice will finish with a deeply relaxing Chakra Yoga Nidra that will leave you feeling balanced, grounded and energised in body, mind and spirit. Booking is Essential.
Autumn Equinox Yin & Yang Afternoon:
Sunday 22nd September 2019.
Time: 1:00pm – 5:00pm.
Details: Welcome the Autumn Equinox with a special Yin & Yang Class taught by Paula. The Autumn Equinox signifies equal day and night and a time of transition from Summer to Autumn. It is a time to invite balance to our mind & body with a nourishing and grounding Yang and Yin Yoga practice followed by a Yoga Nidra relaxation session.
