Yoga for Well-Being Class:
Time: EVERY Wednesday 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Cost: £10Students: £8.
Details: This class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body. It is designed to improve your feeling of well-being and help to release tensions and stresses. We practice mindful movement, meditation, restorative yoga, breath and body scan meditations and guided relaxation. Bolsters, blankets and eye pillows all provided. Suitable for all levels, Over 50s & complete beginners.

Sound Bath with Intention Ceremony:
Sunday 15th March 2020
Time: 6:30pm – 8:00pm.

Details: Allow yourself to be immersed in sound, vibration, frequency and energy! Experience the beautiful live sounds of healing instruments including Himalayan Singing Bowls and Aga’s voice. Booking is essential.

Meditation and Guided Relaxation Workshop:
Sunday 15th March 2020

Time: 2:00pm to 4:00pm.
Cost: £20 (£15 Students).
Details: This class is open to anyone who is new to meditation or for those who wish to deepen their practice. Over two hours, you will experience and learn invaluable insights into the deeper workings of meditation and relaxation. The class will incorporate various simple meditation techniques, mindful movements and we will cultivate mindfulness through breath awareness. We will end with a long, guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation) session. Booking is essential.

A Spring Equinox Yin and Yang Afternoon:
Saturday 21st March 2020
Time: 2:30pm – 5:30pm.

Cost: £25 (£20 students)
Details: Welcome the Spring Equinox with a special Yin and Yang Class taught by Paula. The Spring Equinox signifies our days lengthening and a time for renewal and rebirth along with a transition from Winter to Spring. It is a time to ‘spring clean’ stagnant energy and release that which no longer serves you. We will begin with a mindful and releasing yin yoga practice for Spring focusing on the Liver and Gallbladder meridians and follow this with an enlivening Yang Practice which focuses on the Sun Salutation to the sounds of the Sun Mantras. We will close with Yoga Nidra (Guided Relaxation) session. Booking is Essential.
