Details: This class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body. It is designed to improve your feeling of well-being and help to release tensions and stresses. We practice mindful movement, meditation, restorative yoga, breath and body scan meditations and guided relaxation. Bolsters, blankets and eye pillows all provided. Suitable for all levels, Over 50s & complete beginners.
Alignment and Sound Journey Ceremony:

Details: First enjoy a Guided Alignment Session to help explore your subconscious and reach your True Self by clearing layers and beliefs that hang around for years possibly lifetimes! Chakra Yoga Class:

Details: In the Chakra Yoga class, Eleanor will lead you through specific asanas and bio-energetic exercises aimed at unblocking and balancing each of the seven Chakras. The practice will finish with a deeply relaxing Chakra Yoga Nidra that will leave you feeling balanced, grounded and energised in body, mind and spirit. Booking is Essential.
Fall into Yin Yoga – A Transformational Practice for Autumn:
Sunday: 27th October 2019.
Time: 1:00pm – 3:45pm.
Details: Support you Health and Well-Being of your mind and body with an immersion into Yin Yoga for Autumn – a time of transition and transformation, drawing inward and letting go to a more relaxed and reflective state of being. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Autumn is represented by the element of Metal and is associated with the lungs and large intestine. We will stimulate these Autumn organ systems and practice a mindful and breath-centred yin yoga practice , focusing on the chest/heart and arms. We will end with a guided relaxation session of Yoga Nidra. Double eco-yoga mats, bolsters, blankets and organic lavender eye pillows are provided along with herbal tea and autumnal snacks. Let’s Talk About Loss ~Healing Circle for Women:
Saturday: 26th October 2019.
Time: 3:00pm – 5:00pm.
Details: This event will offer a safe space for us to talk women to women, mother to mother, about life after baby loss. Whether you have experienced still birth, miscarriage, neonatal or pregnancy loss; all are welcome. During the session we will take time to honour and remember all babies, to talk about our lives and aspects of our mental health, before finishing with a gentle yoga session if you wish to take part. Most of the time, society does not understand how much losing a baby affects your every day life, how the shape of our lives and futures change and how this can contribute to the alienation we feel. Therefore this group will help to uncover the importance of having a self-care system in place, exploring tools and techniques that can help us ease into a new ‘normal’ and cope with the every day. The Circle will be held by Paula, an Edinburgh based Yoga teacher who lost her son Leon in August 2016 at just five days of age and has since been on a mission to find ways to help others find light during this difficult journey. Paula has worked with RIE Edinburgh Neonatal Unit as well as SiMBA and Sands Charities to improve the level of care for families going through bereavement. Places will be limited to 10 spaces.
