Meditation Workshops [More Details]

Venue: 4 Lansdowne Crescent.

This class is open to anyone who is new to meditation or for those who wish to deepen their practice. Over two hours, you will experience and learn invaluable insights into the deeper workings of meditation and relaxation. The class will incorporate various simple meditation techniques, mindful movements and cultivate mindfulness through breath awareness. We will end with a long, guided Yoga Nidra (relaxation) session. Booking is essential.
