About Russ

Russ @ Yoga Meditation Healing
Hailing from Fife, Scotland and now living in Glasgow. Russ has a background in art and design. However, it was a desire for personal growth and fulfilment that led me to discover yoga, which offered me a new direction, focus, and sense of purpose. This newfound passion led me to pursue a career helping and supporting others, and I was fortunate enough to receive training and certification in Ashtanga Vinyasa and Hatha yoga from Yogacharya Barath Shetty at IndeaYoga in Mysore, India. During my time there in 2017, I not only honed my skills as a teacher, but also gained a deeper understanding of how yoga can benefit people of all ages.
