The 9:30am Saturday Morning Yoga Class is a great way to start your weekend. It is at a level which beginners can access, meanwhile it offers many variations so that even seasoned yoga practitioners will find benefit and challenge from the practice. The class will also give you a complete and effective workout. Those students who attend regularly, comment on how this yoga class helps to release stress created by their working week. The class is open to All levels and Ages and is structured around a mixture of various styles of yoga, from Hatha to Yin, including Vinyasa Krama yoga. These sequences are simple yet safely works your body to a surprisingly deep level.

The Stretch & Tone class also incorporates relaxation and breath work to help you gain simple techniques which you can then avail of whenever you need. In short, the Saturday 9:30am yoga class looks to Tone your body and Relax your mind – Helping you to Enjoy Your Weekend that little bit more.

The 11:00am Saturday Morning Vinyasa Yoga Class is a general level yoga class which is also Beginner Friendly. This Saturday Vinyasa Yoga Class has been designed for individuals who wish to join the popular Vinyasa style of yoga at a less challenging level. The Vinyasa Yoga practice is intelligently structured to generate a deep heat within the body by utilising a fusion of flowing Vinyasa movements coupled with the breath with sustained Hatha Yoga poses. The deep inner heat generated throughout the practice helps to remove toxins from the physical system. The class also includes various cross training routines, which will quickly tone your body whilst gradually building your core strength.
