The Complete Beginners Yoga Course will introduce students to yoga poses for beginners which includes seated, standing, twists and balancing poses. In addition, breath awareness meditations and relaxation techniques will also be taught.

  • Can I attend The Yoga Workshops if I am Pregnant? No, you should not attend the Yoga Workshops if you are pregnant.
  • How much do workshops cost? They cost between £20 to £25 depending on your circumstances, and the workshop.
  • How long do they last? Approximately 3 Hours.
  • What should I bring? Bring a blanket if you need, all mats, cushions etc are provided free of Charge.
  • What should I wear? Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing – As you would to the Gym, or for a Jog.
