Yoga for Well-being Class:
Time: Wednesdays 5:00pm to 6:00pm

Details: This class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body. It is designed to improve your feeling of well-being and help to release tensions and stresses. We practice mindful movement, meditation, restorative yoga, breath and body scan meditations and guided relaxation. Suitable for all levels, Over 50s & complete beginners.
Sound Healing Bath:
Friday 5th April.
Time: 7:30pm – 8:45pm.
Details: Super relaxing Sound Healing Bath with pure sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.
Yin Yoga Spring Cleanse:
Sunday 14th April
Time: 1:00pm – 3:30pm.
Details: A specially designed Yin Yoga Spring Cleanse followed by a restorative relaxation session of Yoga Nidra.
