Yoga for Wellbeing Class:
Time: Wednesdays 5:00pm to 6:00pm
Cost: £10Students £8.
Details: This class is the ultimate in relaxation for the mind and body. It is designed to improve your feeling of well-being and help to release tensions and stresses. We practice mindful movement, meditation, restorative yoga, breath and body scan meditations and guided relaxation. Suitable for all levels & complete beginners

Sound Healing Bath:
Friday 18th January.

Time: 7:30pm – 8:45pm.
Cost: £12.
Details: Super relaxing evening with sound healing bath, with pure sounds of Tibetan singing bowls.

New Year Yin Detox:
Sunday 20th January.

Time: 1:00pm – 3:30pm.
Cost: £25Students £20.
Details: A specially designed Yin Yoga practice for the New Year followed by a restorative relaxation session of Yoga Nidra.

Meditation & Guided Relaxation:
Sunday 27th January.

Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
Cost: £20Students £18.
Details: The workshop will teach various simple meditation techniques, mindful movements, cultivate mindfulness through breath awareness followed by a guided relaxation.

Family Yoga Afternoon:
Sunday 17th February.

Time: 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
Cost: £15 for 1 adult & 1 child. £5 for each additional family member.
Details: A fun, interactive session for mums, dads, grannies, grandpas, carers & kids. We will explore movement, yoga poses and breathing in a unique way. There will be plenty of props, music and partner yoga. You don’t have to have any experience of yoga, just come along with an open mind and some enthusiasm!
