General Yoga Flow Class - "Suitable for Everyone"

This flowing Hatha Vinyasa style Yoga Class held every monday night is suitable for those who have a general experience of Yoga and who attend, or attended a weekly yoga practice. Although some level of Yoga experience is beneficial, it is not necessary to know the Hatha style, as the Yoga teachers give full instruction to anyone new to the flow yoga class. The class format changes each week in relation to the seasons, sun and phases of the moon and consists of a Flowing Hatha yoga style, with elements of Sivananda yoga. The class also includes a fusion of many other body toning techniques to give you a really rewarding workout and exercise experience.

But whatever your yoga background you will find it to be a very Enjoyable, Relaxing and Beneficial class. Yoga also Complements and Enhances many Sports such as Jogging, Cycling, Tennis, Skiing, Snow boarding and Climbing due to the fact that it increases focus and enhances your core strength, whilst opening and stretching every muscle in your body. As part of a Weight loss program it can help improve your determination, whilst burning up those calories. But even if you have been living a more sedentary life and are now looking to return back to Yoga and bring a spring back into your feet and recover that more youthful approach to life, then this class will have something to offer you. Anyone who has lapsed from a weekly practice will be glad to know that the class also includes Yoga Therapy techniques which help to gently re-open and Tone your body.
